Grilled Corn w/ Rosemary & Lavender

Time: 25 minutes

Serves: 4


  • 4 ears of corn
  • 1/3 stick butter – melted
  • 1/2 tsp fresh rosemary – chopped
  • 1/2 tsp fresh lavender – chopped


  1. Start your grill and set to medium flame
  2. Combine melted butter and chopped herbs in a small bowl
  3. Pull back corn husks and remove silk
  4. Rinse corn, making sure to fully moisten husks
  5. Evenly brush corn kernels with herb/butter mixture
  6. Pull husks back into place
  7. Grill corn for 15-18 minutes, turning occasionally to prevent burning
  8. Remove husks and dive in. Be careful, corn will be hot!
