Easter is almost here! We love an egg hunt with the little ones because they have so much fun! It allows them to discover and learn new things, ie: numbers and colors. Read more for a few Easter egg hunt ideas with a spin.
Night Hunt – Change it up this year by having your kids hunt for eggs at dusk. Hand them the usual basket, but add a flashlight as well.
Turn the Tables – Let the kids hide a few eggs for you to hunt for. They’ll have a ball hiding the eggs for you!
More than Just candy – Instead of placing chocolates and candy inside the eggs, spruce them up with a little bling. You can purchase Easter rings and the like from your local dollar store. Try adding Easter stickers as well!
Hunt by Age Group – Assign different colors for each age group. This can also teach young ones colors.
Map it Out – Create a scavenger hunt-like egg hunt. Draw a map with clues. Be sure to keep count of how many eggs are hidden so you know they’ve all been found.
