How To: Look Like You Got A Full Night’s Sleep

Being a mommy is a full time job and by full time we mean 24/7! Moms do not always get the amount of sleep a night that they desire. Whether your baby is constantly waking up during the night or your toddler wont sleep in their own bed you may wake up in the morning and look like you haven’t slept in a week…or two. Say BYE-BYE to those puffy eyes and dull looking skin with these four tricks!

1. Hydrating Mist- It gets your blood flowing by opening your capillaries. Spritz your face and let it soak in for a least a minute or two.

2. Massage- Puffy eyes are caused by pooled tears. Massage (with the pads of your fingers) from the inner, lower eyelids outward to your temples. From your temples move over your cheeks and down your neck. Repeat this three to five times.

3. Highlighter- It will help your face look brighter. Apply it below the outer corners of the eyes, along the top of your cheekbones. Light will grab onto the highlighter to brighten your skin!

4. Bold Blush- A bright blush applied to the apples of your cheeks will give you a natural glow. Try a peach or reddish tone.
