Have you stepped outside lately? We’ve already spent countless hours rushing to drop the tweens off at camp and tending to the tots – and the summer’s only just begun!
Here at Totsy, we’ve been cooling off with delicious glasses of homemade frozen blueberry lemonade. Here’s how to create a pitcher of this fruity drink in under 5 minutes, so when the next heat wave comes, you’ll cool off in a snap.
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries
- 1 cup lemonade
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, plus more for serving
- 1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
1. In a blender, puree the blueberries, lemonade, mint, confectioners’ sugar, and 3 cups ice until smooth.
2. Garnish with mint sprigs.
