Look Pretty on a Bad Hair Day

We’ve all been there.  You get out of bed in the morning, walk over to the bathroom mirror and your hair looks like a tornado went right through it — twice.  What’s a girl to do?  Here are three easy hairstyles that will have you looking fab in no time.

The Side Braid:  Braids are making a comeback whether you want to believe it or not.  Side braids look casual chic and perfect if you have wavy or curly hair.  It keeps everything in place.  Work some mousse through dry hair and loosely braid your hair to the side.  Finish the look off by tousling the top of your head for fullness and spritz some hairspray to keep loose strands from getting too messy.

The High Bun:  We all have those days where we just want to keep our hair out of our face and this is perfect for those days.  it works for both long and short hair.  Ideally, the bun should be placed at the crown of the head.  It will draw attention to your eyes and cheekbones, giving your face a lift.  Spritz texturizing spray onto dry hair and scrunch for volume.  Gather hair into a loose bun at the top of your hair and secure loose strands with bobby pins.

The Ponytail: Create a sophisticated look by creating a deep side part.  Star by adding defrizzing serum throughout damp hair, then blowdrying straight with a paddle brush.  Line the cob with the arch of your eyebrow and create a part.  Secure hair with an elastic  at the nape of your neck.  Tame any loose baby hairs with hairspray.
