Diana’s Top 5 Picks This Weekend on Totsy

If you’re not sure where to start your weekend shopping — start here! I wouldn’t steer you wrong- these are my personal fave! Happy shopping my savvy Totsy friends!

For Girls: Banana Cabana makes seriously the cutest swimwear for girls. And, I can personally attest to the quality of each piece. I wish my expensive swimsuits were made with such attention to detail. My toddler will be sporting this little number this summer. Boy shorts, halter top, bright colors — this suit has as big of a personality as she does! (and if you don’t know her, it’s BIG in all caps)

For Girls Again: Sorry, I’m girl-obsessed since I have two of my own — but I just had to post this bright orange and pink tutu by Pamela! It brings back tons of memories for me because of all those years of ballet classes. Good news though, you don’t have to sit through a long recital to see your little doll dressed up in this amazing tutu complete w/ pom-poms and satin ribbons! Need we say ‘girly girl’?

For Boys: I would never forget the boys. All my friends are boy-moms, so this one’s for you! I adore these little black sneakers by Goldbug. I think they are too cool for school, so stock up for your little man. Easy on, easy off because they’re slip-on and ready for some down and dirty boy-play with non-skid soles.

For Moms: Ok, moms, it’s your turn!  Stay stylish and comfy in these Good Choice sandals. They will keep you looking put-together every day — even on the playground (they have rubber soles for that). These are the kinds of shoes I live in all summer.  The bronze metallic with rhinestone detail make ho-hum shorts and tank totally chic! Fast, easy, comfy and hot!  Done and done!

For The Home: I got to interview, Laurence Lafforgue, the founder of ArtWeLove, last week — see the blog post I wrote all about this super mompreneur – and she inspired me!  So this print, brilliantly called “Splat”, is on my favorites list this week. One thing I learned from Laurence is that everyone can enjoy art — from babies and kids to adults. Just think about all the imaginative stories your family could tell every night using “Splat” as the inspiration!  Now that’s what I call a fun bedtime story!
